Use the same email address you used when registering for Tanzania Green Summit.

1. Open the attendee Login page.
2. Enter the email used during registration.
3. An OTP will be sent to that email address.
4. Enter the OTP to verify your email.
5. You will be taken to your summit dashboard.

From the dashboard you can access your ticket, receipt, participant management and summit preferences.

After your registration and payment are successfully completed, login to your attendee dashboard using the email used during registration.

1. Login using your registration email.
2. Enter the OTP sent to your email.
3. Open your Ticket section.
4. Choose Download Ticket.

Keep the ticket available on your phone or print it before coming to the summit.

Login to your registration account and open the payment or receipt area in your dashboard. Your available receipt can be downloaded from there.

Business meetings are managed from your summit dashboard. Login using your registration email, then open the business meeting area.

1. Login to your attendee dashboard.
2. Open Business Meetings.
3. Select the available meeting option or organization.
4. Choose the meeting details shown in your dashboard.
5. If payment is required to secure the meeting, complete the payment process shown.
6. Once confirmed, the meeting will appear in your dashboard.

If your organization wants additional participants, contact Tanzania Green Summit support. The team will initiate the payment for the number of additional participants your company needs.

1. Call support on +255 697 304 047.
2. Tell the team how many additional participants you want.
3. The payment process will be initiated for those participants.
4. After payment is completed, login to your organization registration account.
5. Add the participant information from your dashboard.
6. You can then send or download the ticket for each participant.

After your additional participant payment has been approved, login to your company registration dashboard and open the Participants area.

1. Add or review each participant's details.
2. Open the participant you want to manage.
3. Use the available Send Ticket or Download Ticket action.

Login to your attendee dashboard and open the summit preferences area. Select the available seed type you would prefer to receive during the summit.

Seed options are based on the choices available in your dashboard at the time you make the selection.

Login to your dashboard and open the event or dining preference section. Select the dietary preference or restriction that applies to you from the available options.

If you are managing company participants, review their participant records and complete their preferences where the dashboard provides that option.

The floor plan is intended to help you understand the summit layout, including the important event areas and how to move between them.

Login to your attendee dashboard and open the Event Guide or Floor Plan area. When the final summit floor plan is published, you will be able to view it from your account.

Login to your registration account and open the Event Guide or Timetable section. The dashboard will provide the event schedule when the final timetable is published.

This helps you plan the sessions, meetings and summit activities you want to attend.

First confirm that you entered the same valid email address used during registration. Also check your Spam or Junk folder.

Open the summit registration page, choose the package that applies to you, complete the required information and follow the payment steps shown.
